SHIPPING
Orders for shipment within the Continental United States are usually shipped within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Service. If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, just let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Shipping charges are automatically calculated. After package leave warehouse, takes 1 to 5 Business days for FedEx Ground or UPS Ground to deliver the package to you. We will e-mail you the tracking No. within two business days after you place your order. Please contact us by e-mail sales@kidsbusy.com regarding shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to any order delivered within the State of California.
RETURNS
KidsBusy.com wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of shipment. Please follow the return instructions below for prompt and efficient service:
Customer must e-mail sales@kidsbusy.com or call 760-208-2570 to obtain a Return Authorization No. and return instructions before sending your return package.
Merchandise received from unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to stock with no credits given.
Returned products must be in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging.
All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Outbound and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the shipper you use. This will be helpful in locating your return should it fail to be received by us.
Warranties:
All products sold on KidsBusy.com carry manufacture’s warranties. The manufacture warranties its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the shipment date. KidsBusy.com is not liable for misuse of these products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, and alteration, shipping or damaged packaging.
TRANSIT DAMAGES
KidsBusy.com does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit The receiver is responsible to place the claim with UPS/FedEx/ and KidsBusy.com within (7) calendar days of receipt to report transit damage. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received. KidsBusy.com is not responsible for any claims that are reported after the (7) calendar day period.
